Please download and send us the completed form below. Once you return this, we aim to prepare your draft will within 24 hours. ​You must then come into the office to review and sign your will. There will be two people present in the office to witness this.

Once completed, you must keep the will in a safe place. We can keep the original will in the office if you would prefer (we do not charge for storage) and we will give you as many copies as you would like.

Please bring photo ID with you (such as passport or driving licence).
