For remortgages where you are borrowing up to £500,000

 

FREEHOLD (WHERE YOU ARE NOT BORROWING IN A COMPANY NAME)

 

Our fees will probably be: £345 plus VAT (£414)

 

In addition, you are likely to have to pay the following disbursements:

• Local Search Fee

• Land Registry Fees

 

We charge an additional £100 plus VAT (£120) for every £250,000 by which the mortgage exceeds £500,000. e.g. £500,001-£750,000 = £445 plus VAT (£534).

 

If the lender instructs another firm to act for them we will charge an additional £200 plus VAT (£240).

If you are remortgaging through a company we will charge a higher rate (£300 plus VAT (£360) in addition).

Our fees will probably be: £445 plus VAT (£534)

 

In addition, you are likely to have to pay the following disbursements:

• Local Search Fee

• Land Registry Fees

• Notice of charge fee

 

We charge an additional £100 plus VAT (£120) for every £250,000 by which the mortgage exceeds £500,000. e.g. £500,001-£750,000 = £545 plus VAT (£654).

 

If the lender instructs another firm to act for them we will charge an additional £300 plus VAT (£360).
