​We can certify documents as being a true copy of the original, with special wording if needed.

Certifications

Please bring any original document(s) and we will make our own colour copy up to A4 size and black and white copy up to A3 size which we will certify for you.

If specific wording is required, we may make an additional charge although we rarely will have to do so.

​

We will also need to see your passport or full photo driving licence (as proof of identity) and a utility or council tax bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months (as proof of address).

Please note, we cannot certify a translation of a document or international documents.

Identity Verifications

We can complete Land Registry ID1 forms. You will need to bring your passport or full photo driving licence (as proof of identity), a utility or council tax bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months (as proof of address) and two passport sized photos.

We are registered as an Authorised Corporate Service Providers (ACSP) for Companies House and can verify the identity of directors for Companies House. You will need to have a biometric passport with an embedded microchip, a utility or council tax bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months (as proof of address) and 12-month address history.
