Two types of LPA:

• Health and welfare

• Property and financial affairs

 

For single power: £250 plus VAT (£300) + court fee* = £382

For both powers: £370 plus VAT (£444) + court fee* = £608

If two people are jointly making both LPAs (i.e. two Property and Financial affairs LPAs and two Health and Welfare LPAs) at the same time and the attorneys are the same, we charge a reduced fee of £690 plus VAT (£828) + court fee* = £1,156.
